What to include
We rerun the calculation from the digits in your email. A screenshot is fine. The numbers still need to be written out.
For a ratio, send the width and height, or the source size and the target such as 9:16. For print, send the inches or centimetres and the DPI. For bitrate, send video kilobits per second, audio kilobits per second, and the duration in seconds.

Platform sizes
If a table is wrong or a placement is missing, name the surface (feed, Story, thumbnail or pin) and paste the official help page. We change a row when that page states a width and height.
